Canidian Goose Cake

This cake was awesome!!! He is totally edible! He is a yellow cake with a fresh raspberry swirl and a cheesecake mousse filling. Feathers are made of fondant and his head and neck are out of gumpaste! He was a blast to make ! Plus, I have it on good authority that he tasted amazing!! Thanks to the Warths for their AWESOME business!!
